What we make

Interior

Drawing of an interior wall: door casing, tongue-and-groove wainscot under a chair rail, baseboard, and crown moulding at the ceiling
  • Mouldings and trim

Casing, base and crown, in a standard profile or one cut for your house.

  • Profile matching

Send a piece of the old trim and we match it for the remodel, curves and arches included.

  • Paneling, slats and tambour

Tongue and groove, shiplap and slat walls, plus tambour for curved surfaces.

  • Box beams and corbels

Real-wood beams that read solid on the ceiling, without the weight.

  • Treads, flooring and counters

Stair treads, plank flooring, wood countertops and butcher block.

Exterior

Drawing of a house exterior: lap siding with a window, a deck of spaced boards, and a pergola with posts, a beam and rafters
  • Siding and rainscreen

Exterior profiles cut to your spec, for the outside of the house.

  • Decking

Surfaced to size and grooved for hidden fasteners.

  • Pergola packages

Posts, beams and rafters milled to your plan.

  • Woods built for weather

Accoya and other exterior species for anything that lives outside.

Finish and texture

Wire-brushed board face, with long fine grooves where the soft grain was brushed out

Wire-brushed

Circle-sawn board face, with the same shallow arc of saw marks repeating down the board

Circle-sawn

Sanded board face, flat and smooth with a few soft grain lines

Sanded smooth

Primed board face, a flat coat with one corner cut back to show the raw wood

Primed

  • Wire-brushed

The soft grain is brushed out, so the board reads aged and feels like it.

  • Circle-sawn

The arcing saw marks of an old mill, on new boards.

  • Sanded smooth

Flat stock on the wide belt; profiles sanded to the edge.

  • Primed or prefinished

Arrives ready to install, so the painters aren't waiting on you.

Where the wood comes from

Millwork is run in the species your plans call for, so the trim, paneling and beams match the drawings.

  • Your spec

    The species on the drawings

Send the species with the profile and the quantities. We source it to the spec and run it to match.

    Any species, sourced to spec.

  • Exterior

    Accoya for outside

Siding, decking, pergolas and anything else that lives outside can be run in Accoya.

How it works

  1. Send the profile and the quantities

A drawing, a CAD file, a photo with a tape on it, or a piece of the trim.

  2. Approve the drawing

We send back the profile drawing and the order to check. Nothing runs until you sign off.

  3. Milled and packaged

Run and sanded, finished if you asked for it, then packaged for the job.

  4. Delivered or picked up

Delivered to the job site, or picked up when it's ready.

Every job is quoted. Small runs are welcome; setup and minimums apply. Architects, designers and builders get the trade program too.
